Are these women’s or unisex sized?

Yes, these are unisex sized. Both have elastic, the gold elastic is 26 inches, the purple elastic is 30 inches. I have these 2 pairs and an additional one that is purple stripe with elastic that is 32 inches. You can see the 3 pairs bundled together in my closet. See description for other measurements.
