Two 1877 English Newspapers

These are pretty rough as you can see from photos . They should be!!! They are from England. It was "Queen Victoria" then!!! They are 147 year old paper!! The print they used was SO small. !! I read articles with a magnifying glass lol. Either they had outstanding sight back then or everyone carried a magnifying glass!!! Some interesting article on U.S. happenings at the time and some very funny advertisements. Each has 10 pages. I couldn't tell you if they are missing pages but numbering is off. I didn't see missing parts of articles so I'm not really sure. They may not have done things then, as we do now lol. All in all, 2 very cool pieces of history. Rutherford Hayes was U.S. President number 19 in 1877!!!
