This FULL circle skirt has amazinggggg twirl! And two side pockets. In excellent well taken care of condition. Great weight fabric - not flimsy! Size XL. The waist closed (has zipper and button) measures roughly for a 33” waist. Can maximum stretch out to a 35” waist ) without adjusting the button. Midi calf length.
