Updated to my listing. Had a jeweler evaluate the ring & found it is actually a size 4.5 & all stones are in great shape no chips. Set in 14kt gold. Real rubies (not lab created) & diamond. 16 diamonds surround six square channel set rubies. This ring is simply gorgeous. Size 4.5. Can be sized or wore as a picky ring. So stunning.
