Beautiful and Very Feminine ELLE Jewel Embellished Top

This top is elegant! 100% cotton, scalloped neck, the stones are not flimsy at all. Never worn, I still may have the tags somewhere 🙂. It is a size 14 but it runs small, please see measurements. Color is a soft, beautiful baby blue. Thanks for looking!
