Kate Spade New York Black Silk Ruffle Dress with white stitching in a Women’s Size 8. This is very unique with a deconstructed design and lots of detail. Dress has an embellished ruffle neckline, white stitched vertical pattern at bodice and horizontal stitching at hem. It is a sleeveless dress that falls just above the knees, “not too short not too long”, with a comfortable silk lining, pockets, concealed back zipper and two decorative enclosure buttons at neck.
