dophingirl Hi, stormy weather and power problems so a late reply. The robe arrived in perfect shape but it is not the double layer robe, it is the Coleen robe. The tag in your pictures verifies that. I have purchased 2 of the Coleen on Posh, nwt: but both at 60.00. I was willing to pay more for the wrap robe as it is a warmer, sweater-like material. As Skin brand has some similarities it is understandable. I have a busy day tomorrow so i will check in the evening about a resolution. Thank you, Lynn :)

thedealqueen @dophingirl hi, I saw your review. It appears you left this comment in the middle of the night and didn’t send me a message or open a case to return the item. Rather than reprimand me it would’ve been really nice if you treated me like a human being. You could’ve easily gotten your money back for my oversight in the listing. I’m a mom to a toddler and I do this full time. I didn’t ignore you or do any of the things you’re claiming I did.
