43senatorstout @tecontrol hips are 18 to 19 across. I love cabi but their sizes do fluctuate. I’m usually an 8 or 10 and I needed a 10 in these. They are a nice stretchy material but I like my dress pants looser. Hope that helps

43senatorstout @tecontrol They sit a little lower- not high waisted. Its is stretchy material. There is also a hidden zipper in the back middle. When I’m home again I’ll see what the waist is good and taut.👍
