I believe this is a Lancome cosmetics beauty bag. It has a short light braided fabric or ribbon strap that can be tucked inside. So can be worn as a clutch or a handbag. Cute mini purse alert! Snap button flap top closure. Hard box bag part. Big enough to fit cards, money, and/or a flip phone if you have one of those (tested with my galaxy flip 3). This hasn't really been used/worn. Strap is a little wonky from storage - can be formed back. Some light scratches from storage.
