Vintage Covered Porcelain Cheese Plate/Wedge

Rare and highly collectible piece. This is a hand painted covered cheese plate/wedge, circa 1940s-1960s. Lovely flowers and gold trim on all sides of the cover. Green, then pink border with gold trim on the plate. There are a few clustered manufacturing defects on the top, which are only noticeable up close or in bright light. The only chips are on the bottom of the plate. No cracks or crazing. Overall, it’s in very good condition. A substantially sized beautiful, feminine piece. Cannot be bundled due to weight. Marked Limoges, I don’t believe it to be authentic Limoges. It’s still a beautiful vintage piece! App. Measurements: Plate: 9-6/8” x 7” Cover: 8-1/4” x 5-1/2” x 6-3/4” Total height: 6-1/2”
