outweststyle Hi! Would you say these run large ?

venerated_one @outweststyle they do. That’s why I’m selling them. So cute but just didn’t work for my narrower size 9. I’d say they run a bit wide and a bit long.

outweststyle @venerated_one darn :( Would you recommend a size 8 then for a narrow 9?

venerated_one @outweststyle honestly, no. If you really like this style, I think you would be better off to buy these and use an insole. I tried to put my foot into an eight and my toes definitely were bashing the ends and they were still wide. I thought about doing that myself because the leather on these is really nice, much nicer than normal Doc Martens. I ended up getting a completely different brand.

outweststyle @venerated_one thank you, I didn’t think of that!

venerated_one @outweststyle no worries. I kinda low key feel like I should go try them on again with an insole! If you’ve worn ANY doc martens you know they are all like this. Sounds like we have the same feet! I often have to size up because my feet will slide forward!

outweststyle @venerated_one the struggle is real 😂 I bought them and am going to give them a try! But if you try them on with an insole and they work for you, then by all means keep them!
