Fun layered ruffles dress in cobalt blue. I bought this from Nordstrom Rack and wore it a few times but gained weight, so it no longer fits. Comes with adjustable straps. It says dry clean but I don't see why you can't throw it in the washer. Great condition! I'm selling this same dress in the same size in a different print color.
