Blue & white stripes Pink embroidered flowers Open back with big pink tassel adorned ties. Fits true to size but truly a mini Cross over fit at bust with open sides. Measurements on request 🤍 Smoke free and 1 small dog home. Small flaws- the fabric slubbed on the front- see pictures. The base of the zipper is showing some pulled threads- see picture. Label says cotton but it feels like a sateen/poly in my opinion. Questions? Please ask!
