@donnaz__ Hi, Donna! No, this one does not, but she has her tag , Pacifier shoes socks, and is minty! I have many other CPK dolls hard to find in the boxes in great condition. I even have the pony in the box.
I also have others in great conditions out of boxes and some rare, that have certificates but no pacifier. I have not listed yet.
