Wow, this is like the best of 1980s style. Dress has big shoulder pads oversized on top. The waist is kind of like a corset and it has these awesome black sparkly buttons as accents three-quarter length sleeves that are rolled up at the cuff. Lots of gathers and the high cut slit at the leg. Just an all-around beautiful vintage dress by Karen Alexander. Size 10 made in USA. See pictures for measurements. Excellent vintage condition.
