Are they high waisted and do you know the inseam?

@elliejjaenke they are mid or high rise, from the waist seam to the top of the leggings it is 4.5 inches, and the inseam is 33 inches

Are these tight at the ankles or are they flared

@ericadanae They aren't flare, but I am not sure how tight they would fit at the bottom. They measure about 7 inches across at the bottom of the leggings, I added a photo of the measurement.
