This is a pair of pleated tapered leg pants by Helmut Lang. This is an older pair but the cut and design of the pant is quite classic. Features a snap button buckle with silver colored hardware. More of a looser/relaxed fit, with a center pleat on the legs for a bit of shape. Unlined, but the inside feels very smooth and comfortable. Made in the USA. Mostly a viscose/wool blend. One of the bottom hems of a leg has come undone but can be easily fixed with a quick sewing job (see final two photos).
