This beautiful dress was handmade by a life long home ec teacher who has consigned much of her personal collection to me. This one is so special and twirls so beautifully. If it fit me I would be terribly tempted to keep it. She was quite thin and many of her 60s pieces dont zip on my 27 inch waist.
