Has been opened and I did use them a few times but they will not stay in my ears so I’m looking to sell them. Comes with 3 cases as shown and have been disinfected and cleaned. I did set them to factory reset per the Apple website but won’t know if it worked until you try to connect them to your phone. Does not come with a charger though! Only comes with what it pictured.
