New with box. Easy to get on and off with Velcro. Easy to adjust. I have size 9 and 10 women’s sizes. Great for water activities plus. Please note that first photo is a stock photo to show how they look on. Color of actual sandals are black and gray. These also run a little large. On me they ran about a half size larger.
