Fancy cropped blouse from Jonathan Simkhai has a navy blue crepe bodice with sleeves surrounded by white guipure lace. Below the lace on both the torso and sleeves is a long ruffle of pleated back netting. Closure is with a single hook and eye at the back of the neck. The fabrics are different combinations of acetate, viscose, elastane and polyester. The lace appears to be cotton, but cotton is not listed on the fabric tag. Labeled size Small.
