Vintage maxi dress with lots of stretch - fall colours

This is a Vintage dress with no tags (possibly hand-made hence the no tags). It is in excellent condition. Lot of stretch to it so my guess is it can fit a size 6-10. For reference I am a small size 6 and it fits me but would fit better if I were a bit bigger and taller. Length from the (high) elastic waist to the floor is 49 inches. Nice tie at the waist to tighten if needed. I only wore this dress once but it's a bit too long for me. Someone needs to wear this beauty!
