The original No Boundaries tag was cut off of this dress, but the second tag with the size (M) is still attached, otherwise the dress looks new. It is a baby blue color with a white leaf pattern. The straps are NOT adjustable, the bows on the straps are sewed on separately, but you can still untie them. It's a very soft material and can be used as a bathing suite cover up as well. It is meant to be a short slimmer fitting dress.
