I've always had a problem with drinking water this does seem to help a lot the flavors are really good with this bottle, you can adjust how much flavor is for you fill the bottle 6x on 1 filter please see all photos & please note that I do have one and love if comes with everything you see and will throw in an additional cartridge so you'll get 4 this is the starter kit
