Reposhing this item I purchased from @toffeeandcoffee. Summer short-sleeved dress from the Vermont Country Store size 3X. Beautiful colors, perfect for hot weather. Material/care tag was removed, but it feels like a cotton-type fabric. Very airy and lightweight. Not a knit. There is a tie under the bust that you can cinch to enhance your figure.
