This listing is for a BRAND NEW WITH TAG absolutely gorgeous spring floral dress in size 6X. It is by Rare Editions, and it has a built in crinoline underneath the skirt. This same material lines the upper bodice of the dress also. There also is an extra layer of tulle underneath the skirt, too! It ties in the back with straps of the same floral material as the dress.
