Sorry, just want to make sure they're not shrunk. Were they wash in hot water or cold and were they hung to dry or put in dryer machine?

@kimbrand6 They were washed in cold and hung dry every time. COH website says 27.5. I wear a 27/28 in Citizens and find these to be a slouchy fit.

Can you measure across the waist? typically mine measure 16" across waist laid flat. Jeans are so tough. My typical jean size is 27 (mostly) occasional 28. But I have a pair Citizens size 26 Paige 26. I bought in Europe that fit me but buying in the states the sizing is different. I think these are not stretch too, correct? Thanks for your help.
