Just gorgeous little chiffon number by Stylebook. Color blocked with pink and black and white polka dots. Multiple layers skirt with some sections gathered and some pleated. Low crossover V neckline with lots of dainty little ruffles. Adjustable spaghetti straps. All pulled together worn a magenta waistband and back tie bow. Pull over style. Lined. Juniors L.
