soulfulloflight Oh my gosh! Where did you find this!! I had this exact costume my mom made me for Pioneer Day in 5th grade. The fabric was identical. I’m sure it ended up in goodwill but you just unlocked a serious memory! I had to search for the pattern to make 100% sure. And it is!

soulfulloflight Wow! What would be the odds if someone else made this exact pattern with a fabric so similar to the one my mom did. That’s crazy, haha! I wish I had a picture! Who knows where those are. Obviously it looks way cuter on you as a mini than it ever did as a long dress on a 10 year old 🤣 Anyway, I just had to share. It was a happy memory 💗 I love it!

ansleyka @soulfulloflight oh my goodness that’s crazy!! I found it at a thrift store that doesn’t have a dressing room so I bought it hoping I would like it! I do but got my mom and grandma vetoed it because they said I looked like I was ready to churn butter, which is fitting for pioneer day!! I’m glad it brought back good memories, and thank you for the compliment 🥰 I really do love it and might end up wearing it before it goes to its next home - even if I look like a little pioneer 🤣

ansleyka @meowkapow I found it at a thrift store so I can’t make it in a larger size :( I normally wear a 29 in jeans, but can take a waist measurement when I get home!
