What is the diameter of this pot and the height of it?

The label on the box states the dimensions & capacity if you look at the photos. The diameter is 8 2/3inches
The height is 4 inches without the lid. Lid can be store upside down and adds another 1/2 inch when doing so. I hope that helps 😊

@sarsar012 Well I found this…. “Le Creuset Classic phenolic knobs with the company logo and name are oven safe up to 390°F. The difference between the Classic and Signature phenolic knobs is that the Classic knobs have the logo and name, while the Signature knobs just say Le Creuset and are good at 500°F”.

@pharmoire i spoke with a family member who works at Le Creuset.. according to them they say the black knob 350 but it would take a really long time and alot of baking at high temps for it to crack. The stainless steel one can take the higher temps. I have the stainless steel knob available for sale in my closet. You can always create a bundle and make an offer on both if you prefer the stainless knob
