I purchased quite a few pendants from someone who’d been hand wrapping stones/gems as a main source of income. Unfortunately arthritis stopped him from doing what he loved. He sold everything he had (wrapped & unwrapped) in lots. I will be listing many of the pieces I purchased. These are authentic cabs (cut & polished stones/shells) that he wrapped. I will provide as much information as possible on each. Over time some of the labels have come off the packages, so if I cannot correctly identify the wire or exact name of the stone, I will indicate in the listing. This listing is for an Apache Tears Obsidian pendant with a copper wire wrap. Measurements in photos. Very detailed, no cracks, chips, breakage. All markings are natural to the stone. There are some natural inclusions in the stone, did my best to capture them in the photos. The simple weave in this wrap compliments the stone pattern perfectly. I included some information about Apache Tears Obsidian. It is not a true “rare” stone as indicated. I kept this particular detail with the listing because it describes the indentations that are natural to the stone in addition to the translucency when held to the light. Photos are included.
