Two Helen Corbitt cookbooks. Helen was the former director of Neiman Marcus restaurants. The recipes in here are INCREDIBLE! The cookbook 1957 is in really good condition. A few cosmetic issues on the dust jacket but other than that it’s great. The Potluck cookbook was used pretty frequently. The dust jacket has some tears. The book itself though is in good condition and functions great. No fear of it falling apart or anything. The owner did write in the back of the book as shown in pictures.
