Forever 21 Black heels

Forever 21 Black heels with brown sole and heel. I looked all over the shoe and unfortunately they do not have any indication of sizing. I am confident these are a size 7 as my foot fits a size 6.5 & 7 and I also included a photo with a measuring tape laid across the shoe if that helps!
