likeswool Can you tell me how this works? Does it have an alarm or does the light just gradually increase in the morning to wake up the sleeper? How much has this been used? Do you feel it is effective?

acleanerslate @likeswool I received it as a gift and my husband ended up using it for awhile. He just didn't need it. We don't have clocks in our room. Just use our phones for alarms. Mercola Market was where it was purchased. If you need info you could email or call that company. Or I would go online if you are unsure how Sunrise alarm clocks work. They are not just a regular alarm clock. They have red light which is better. Ocean, bird, rainforest sounds, wake up to lighting gradually etc. I would google.

acleanerslate @amszuis I do not have the original box or paperwork anymore must have lost them in our move. Mercola Market is where it had been purchased so I am sure reaching out to them for directions or help would be an option. Also sometimes directions for products can be found online just in a google search. I have found manuals to different things over the years that way too.
