Both have been used. Very minor scratches and tiny dings (particularly on the cup) at the bottom. All the Taylor picture appliqués are in excellent condition. Handle on bucket is firmly attached and moves easily. See the last two photos for examples the worst examples of scratching; those on the bucket are hard to see.
