I recently became aware of Athleta, this terrific sports apparel brand. I am not a jogger or exercise buff, but I quickly realized that "sportswear" surpassed any and all expectations for sportswear. As a seamstress, I draft patterns to fit customers to a "t". I also make alterations in all sorts of fabrics. I am so picky about fit, draping and details. Needless to say, I am completely bowled over with the Athleta styling. The quality of the fabric and the design are top drawer. Who puts darts on the shoulders! Who puts a welt band on top of a back pocket as you would see on an upper end wool suit? Well, I guess it is just "de riguere" for Athleta. I was sent a package of 4 Athleta garments. Two tops, a "tee" and a jacket. I was also sent a pair of walking shorts and jogging pants. It was a lovely gesture, but I decided to put all four garments on Poshmark to brighten someone's day, week, month... And how fortuitous is that with all this nice weather calling all of us out to get fresh air. Feel free to buy any one or as many as all four. Find the one(s) you want.
