This vintage Pendleton Men's flannel is a size XL and 100% wool   It does have a tiny hole in the back and the loop on the collar is a bit wide and slightly frayed. There is also a tiny hole on the back shoulder.  see pictures. All my measurements are taken flat lay and should always be considered approximate.  If you are unsure about the sizing you can measure a similar item in your closet that fits you well.
