Comes with 3 Norwex mop heads (2 dry floor -1 has grippers for picking up dirt/dust and 1 damp/wet mop head). You only need water to clean with Norwex products, be sure to check out the website for tips and how to clean mop heads. Mop handle is so flexible, can go under furniture and do baseboards! New mop systems retail for approx $160 on website (shown in stock photo) this is a steal for $95 with 3 heads! The damp/wet mop (blue) head has most use, but very minimal! Any questions, please ask 😊
