These are brand new. They do have a minor flaw in the toe box(wasn't fully "punched" see pic) not visible unless you really examine your sneakers like I do. I don't normally send shoes back for minor flaws. Box does come with purchase. Asking price is about $70 less than current selling price for this size. Size 11W.
