Excellent used condition. There are no noticeable chips or scratches, the only one that I can see is on the bottom. There seems to be a couple of scratches, I'm assuming there from moving it around on my dresser, but they are not at all noticeable when the tray is up right. This piece is very useful for holding small accessories like hair clips, necklaces, rings, etc. Measurements: 8 inches tall tray alone without outside details measures, 3.5 inches wide x .5 inch deep
