1970's vintage purple straw hat by What's Up Designs of Palm Desert, CA. Hat features a white band with three rows of gold cording around the band and a single strand along the brim. The only defect is the inner elastic band worn and shows discoloration, however, the overall hat is in good condition. Approximately measures 23" in circumference.
