evbv @citybilly you have 15+ in the listing, so stretch the waistband to almost the fullest but not past the hip width. I need to be able to pull these on easily over hiking pants on the mountain top if a storm comes in quick. thanks!

citybilly @evbv Gotcha! Yea I put 15+ because they stretch to be bigger as well and have an inside drawstring too. For a size Large, they run a little big for sure! Definitely big enough to throw over your clothes when hiking! And the bottoms have a zipper and Velcro and are big enough to get over your shoes too so you don’t have to take them off. Really nice pants! Almost kept them but a little too big for me. So they stretch approx… to like 20-21 in waist. Hips measure like 21 to 22 in. Hope that helps!
