@2ccarlino2 Approximate size 12 x 8 x 7. Handle 6” drop. No strap that I’m aware of. I also looked at other ones online and I don’t see a strap. It’s called Candy PVC if you want to check online.

@2ccarlino2 the style of lock has no key. See photo added. The lock style does not have a keyhole. I don’t know if it actually comes off, but appears as if someone either had taken it off or tried based on minor scuffing on bottom. I just tried (gently) to remove it, but it did not come off.
