✨Reduced MODCLOTH (MINUTE) Dress in rainbow stripes & pleated

This Minute ( ModCloth) dress is AMAZZZINGLY cute and RARE! The background is white w/a rounded neckline, sleeveless, is cinched at the waist a bit and is pleated from there all the way down. There is a hidden zipper on the side of the dress. Underneath is a fun layer of tule to add some fullness to this adorable dress and under that it is fully lined. There is a small snag as shown in the last picture. Honesty, it’s not so thing that any wine will ever know is there. It measures 15”, armpit to armpit a 12.5” waist and is 33” in length. Size small.
