Waist measurement please?

@ewalters9 laying flat, 16” at the waist and 19.5” at widest point/hips. It fits true to size in my opinion and it’s gorgeous - pictures don’t do it justice. No fading to the navy or pulls in the lace, I’m not sure I ever wore it.
