You get the bag and the matching coin purse. The body and all of the leather is cream and the design is green. The last three pictures show some marks on the bag. 1st and 3rd are interior marks and the 2nd is on the back. The bag could likely be cleaned by a dry cleaner. This is still a really great bag and even better it’s not the boring brown and cream. Stacy
