Condition: New without tags but has call outs. I purchased this for $90 at the FP store and never had a change to wear it because it was too small in the chest area. Call Outs: tear at seam on back of right arm (if you can sow, easy fix). Small stain on right shoulder - it’s like a dye mark. Two button closures missing at neck. This mini dress/tunic dress is adorable and is in great condition except for the 3 call outs. I don’t have the skill set to sow so it’s your savings on this beautiful piece. Measurements: see photos.
