rubyroo13 @catpaws_03 they don’t run small. They are really stretchy, unlike most Kancans, so they will fit multiple sizes. The waistband is elastic. I think they would comfortably fit a 12 or 14, depending on how you want them to fit. I think they possibly could fit a 16, but would be much more fitted/tight, more fitted than I would prefer. Hope this helps.
