hautehat @arezoo1973 the measurement on the insole from the point at the toe to the heel is 10 1/2” which on the banana republic size chart fits around a 9 1/2-10 1/2

hautehat @arezoo1973 I’m the same way…usually I wear a 1/2 size bigger only for boots and tennis shoes because of the socks. Sandals and heels I run true to size and don’t go up a 1/2 size.
