This is such a sweet and feminine piece that was sold at Inherit Clothing Co. The brand otherwise is Hayden. Lightweight material with pleated skirt and elastic waistband and cuffs. This allows for a comfortable yet flexible fit. There was a small opening at the back of the neck that has been sown shut and there is a single button to keep the back closed.
